WHAT DOES IT COST?
In summer 2012 (from 1st March until the end of October) we
charge £230 per week. That's for the
whole flat, NOT per person.
Fancy a winter
break ? In the period of 1st January to 28th February 2012 we charge £185 per week. That's approx only £26
a day, which is far cheaper than a hotel room. For November and December 2012 we will also be charging £185 per week.
The charges
include cleaning the flat before and after your visit. All we ask is
that you keep the flat in the condition you found it – nice, clean
and tidy ! Electricity is included in the price, as is the cost of
cleaning the swimming pool. We provide all bedding and towels (now also including the beach/pool towels). We will send to you before your holiday a long "Information Package" that will help make your holiday go as smooth as possible, which includes a list of restaurants, car hire firms, supermarkets, as well as information regarding a bus service from Paphos Airport to Paphos (costing 3 Euros, in 2010).
Telephone
bookings are accepted – as are postal/fax/email. They must be
confirmed (immediately) with a £75 per week (or extra part of week) (non- refundable) deposit.
The balance of
the fee is (normally) required to be cleared into our account no less than one month before the date of
departure, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit
lost.
There is also a
£250 "Damage Deposit" (returnable as long as there is no damage or loss) which is also required to be cleared into our account at the
latest one month before departure.
For cheap flights it is best to look on the Internet AND to book as early as possible. Airlines that fly there are :- Easyjet, BA, Cyprus Airways, Ryan Air, Thomas Cook, Globespan, KLM, Transaero, Thomson Fly, Air Berlin, Monarch, TUIfly, Finnair, JetairFLY, Bulgaria Air, Viking, First Choice, EuroCypria and Jet2. See below for some links to some of the airlines and well as to cheap flight finder websites.
WHAT ARE THE LOCAL
AMENITIES?
Two Car Hire
shops, a Hairdressing Salon and a Launderette are below the flat,
within the same block. There are local shops within 150
metres. There are also many great Restaurants, especially seafood and meze, as well as lots of bars and a few clubs about 5 minutes walk, especially in the "Bar Street" area.
We would recommend the car hire chap directly below us
called Thrasos, who runs Thrasos Car Rentals (also called PaphosCar rental). He is very helpful
and will meet you at the airport if you want (for free).
His phone number
is 00357 26942727, or email
thrasosrentals@msn.com
You can see his
website at www.paphoscar.com or www.thrasoscars.com
The
flat is about 400 metres from the main (new) town Harbour frontage and fort, which is a UNESCO world heritage listed site.
The flat is also about 500 yards from the Tomb of Kings Road, where
the famous archaeological site and other ruins are located. There are many other facilities close by, including Ten Pin Bowling, a normal Cinema, and a new "6D
Cinema". There are many other ways to pass your time here besides sunbathing, for example the water park, the ampitheatre, wildlife park, numerous golf courses, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, quad biking, mountain biking, as well as yet more shops and restaurants, and of course skiing in the Troodos mountains during the winter.

We are very keen supporters of a charity called "Help for Heroes", which raises money for wounded soldiers, and their convalescence home at "Headley Court" which is local to where we live.

We are going to donate £5 for each rental that is booked at our Paphos Flat, and we offer you the opportunity of matching that amount, when you book with us, if you want to. We don't think it is too much to ask for, as we are offering you this flat at such a cheap price, we are sure you can find it in your heart to donate just £5 to such a worthy cause. We will make sure that all monies donated are "Gift Aided", thus the charity gets the extra 25%, thus each rental will raise £12.50
We thank you for your support.
